It reminds me of this passage from George Orwell's 1984 ->

War is Peace.

Freedom is Slavery.

Ignorance is Strength.

To me, it certainly seems like we are living in some hybrid, dystopian world that is a combination of George Orwell's "1984" and Aldous Huxley's "Brave New World".
