All nation states (by that I mean the rulers and the elite that control these states) should/must be distrusted across the world. As Caitlin has explained in this article, ALL COUNTRIES maintain control (over their citizens) by managing/controlling the narratives. Power (and the people that wield power) must be looked at with a healthy dose of skepticism - whether it be US, China, Russia, UK, or any other country/place/organization on earth. There are no exceptions (IMHO).
