True, but that is a major strategy for Capitalists to make more money and profits. As Naomi Klein suggests in her book "The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism", wars and destruction give Capitalists an opportunity to get lucrative contracts to rebuild, an opportunity to make un-payable loans and then demand austerity (or worse).
Pillage, plunder, death, destruction, war, artificial resource monopolization -> all these are strategies that the Capitalists USE in their pursuit of profits, power, control, domination. The Covid crisis was a good example (and makes an excellent case study) as to how the "Capitalist class" (oligarchs, empire managers, power elite, etc.) uses such crises (real or manufactured) to create more wealth for themselves at the expense of everyone else.
