WRONG on ALL counts.

(1) Citizens DON'T fund Government (read up on US monetary and fiscal theory). The Govt. TAXES citizens to (a) control inflation (b) reduce inequality (in theory) (c) incentivize and disincentivize behaviors (d) as a way to circulate the currency (e) as a way to make citizens do work that supports the nation (f) other minor reasons...

(2) Cowardness is NOT the reason people don't stop paying taxes or banks. I suggest ruminating a little on this... There are REAL consequences in the REAL world for "not paying taxes".
