A New Hope was good, like you I think the rest of it was meh at best ranging to total garbage. Have not seen the last one. Probably won't.

Rogue One was decent. Found Obi-Wan kind of meh (although there are a few good scenes).

Lost Ark was good, but I also liked Last Crusade, mostly for the interaction between Ford and Connery.

The last good Star Trek movie was Wrath of Khan.. although there we a couple of scenes in the reboot that were awesome.

The best "movie" I have seen this year was God of War: Ragnarok. The character interaction and growth was amazing and it was set in an interesting and authentic feeling version of Norse mythology. A well done Coming of Age story seen from multiple perspectives.
