However, having corporations and the very rich pay some tax on all their incomes which skyrocket as wages stagnate would indeed help. It isn't raise taxes on the rich so much as impose some tax on the rich; in other words, eliminate their loopholes which have never ever resulted in anything but pooh trickling down to everybody else.
