320k USD is peanuts. It's reassuring to see that there's still almost no money in politics.

320k USD is well within the reach of an eg an individual mediocre software engineer with an unhealthy obsession with politics.

It's laughable for a super power.

(Messing with elections might be wrong in principle, of course. But I'm fairly sure the US government has enough plausible excuses for why they are donating to civil rights groups abroad that have nothing to do with any election.

And let's face it and not kud ourselves, the citizens of Hungary would be better off with somebody more competent than Viktor Orbán in power.)
