Theo is absolutely a dipshit, he's just more of a simple/lovable/goofy/charming one instead of the incredibly obnoxious variety the others revel in.

He will absolutely talk to anyone and everyone, which is part of his appeal, but I don't think it's subtle that he's also a fan of Trump. His "just asking questions" type approach seems to be less agenda-oriented than Rogan, though.
