"Rationality is hard-won and easy to lose."

So says the guy who apparently believes time, space and matter emerge spontaneously ex nihilo. That life comes from non-life. That information--like the human genome--arises from a chaotic undirected process. And undoubtedly lives his life as if morality, love, beauty, purpose, meaning and the struggle between good and evil are more than just the vestiges of evolutionary development. Being a skeptic is one thing. But perhaps you should apply that extreme skepticism to your own worldview before dismissing what billions of people believe, including scientists and philosophers, as irrational.
