Return to the 8 years of education that was the default for the old middle-class a century and a half and later, then mentorship, or small percent of elites would enter University from 8th grade. Men could be earning enough income to attract a wife and start a family before 20 years old, not forced infantilism enslavement like a Feminized society's Devouring Mother psychosis.

In 8 years of focused education there is time to teach the basics skills, critical thinking ability, ability to learn independently, and they use to get the basics of Latin and sometimes Greek.

Remove women from teaching children and young in schools to end the rampant women's version of pedophilia, the mind-raping soul-castrating life-destroying love-joy-murdering injection of deep-rooted psychic-poison that gets those witches off.

Then, no later age than 15, start working forward toward the display of virtue and merit for anyone to be allowed power over others, with display of virtue as the volunteering of an extra 2-years of service.

With Conscripted National Service at 15-years old, for 4 years total, 2 terms of 2-years of training, education, work-coop, .. on person's choice of type of service, training, education.

After those required 4-years, a 2-years extra term that earns Civil Investment (ability to vote, run for office, hold position over others, work for gov, testify and have significant legal status in courts, contracts, …) to the person, starting at beginning of that term.

One important benefit is to return our Nation and Culture to a common anchor that unifies us. After so many millions of immigrants from non-Western societies that entered this and other Western countries there is a disordering of common values and fragmentation of cultures.

These community and national service terms will help young adults to function as adults, learn skills and training, become experienced in working with others and for others, start to separate from family as part of becoming a full functioning adult.

So, our young people at and near 15 into Sex Segregated National Service has many positive advances; including 2-4 years of combined training and teamwork, living in dorms together, learn group teamwork, as well as the service to communities.

Communities would 'apply' for the man-power and be responsible for food, housing, and free transportation, small stipends, etc., the 2nd 2-year with more skill training and higher education of their choice.

Those that volunteer for the extra 2-year term and are interested may go overseas to other Nations of their choice in a similar exchange program – and so motivate children in schools to learn target languages and work history, cultural, etc. for the optional 3rd 2-year term – and more terms if desired – would earn the person full citizenship investiture.

This volunteered 3rd term would be the most self-directed and involve access to higher education to the extent it was applicable to the field(s) they are working with, but all would have self-study access to all material. Self-study material created and expanded and accessible at a central web-site publicly available to all.
