Before I worked my first professional job, I worked summer jobs from 12-yo, under the table being unskilled grunt worker (big for my age) mixing cement, carrying cinderblocks, roofing covering, spreading stone, ... with skilled blue-collar men, and I learned that the peaking order made sense, it was based on competency.

At 14 pumping gas with older men, owner told me when he gave me the job that if a father or husband applied that he would give him the job I was filling, and I asked why? And he explained with simple retard words that I was still under my parents care and so would not starve, where a father or a husband needed to support his family. These days such simple clear reasoning is lost with the Screeching-demonic voice most people seem to have that prevents them from acting with reason.

In the HS summers working in farm crews with a few women that were not University Delusional, and they work like the men and followed the clear hierarchy. And there seems to be the rub. Many 'educated' women think they can yak their way up the hierarchy and get upset if you show better merit and productivity and resent you. Such cock-sucking toxic horrors will find some way to hurt you and often you do not understand what is going on and where the harm is coming from, .. because if you were like me you never ran into deep-vile evil wrapped in a human-female skin.

Since I ran into a number of those, you women can drop dead waiting for me to trust you, because in general you lie to support each other and in a Just world that would get you stoned beside the Witch, and we have two less demonic-possessed toxic poison spewers.

Something evil flows into many women at University. Better they are barefoot and pregnant at home to save us the trouble to throwing them off a building roof.
