Sounds a lot like what Catherine Austin Fitts was talking about when I heard her talks 2005-2010. Several people I follow are suggesting extreme localization. I think it’s inevitable especially if kinetic war becomes more widespread accompanied by the unthinkable as key politicos are carelessly suggesting will happen for the first time in over 40 years.
