Yep. Except the problem is the "replacements" are largely not paying taxes, just adding dependents to the system. So that's not much of a solution, unless "hastening the collapse" is the solution.

While it's true there is a population point below which a social system or economy crashes, there's nothing inherently wrong with low populations, and endless reproduction isn't an unvarnished positive even if climate change hysteria is false.
