Plenty of evil agendas include carrots and things that are good in other contexts. I hope you don't imagine that everyone articulating the depopulation plans of evil elites have no other feelings or agendas whatsoever of their own in terms of righting the perceived wrongs of the civil rights movement and get certain groups back in their places.
