I try to subject big, dramatic (thought not necessarily WRONG) ideas to very rigorous interrogation. There are other parsimonious explanations.

* Biosecurity has been a trending thing for years, not just in the last couple, and Gates' obsession with top-down population control isn't new, either. There's a lot of money to be made endlessly talking about threats. While I agree the timing is ominous, coincidence isn't out of the question. It could simply have been marketing for biosecurity "solutions" that were already coming down the pipe, and COVID was simply fantastic timing for the globalists. In other words, they predicted a thing they're obsessed with, and happened to be right.

* Everyone on earth has noticed the timing of the events you're talking about. Why would you openly and publicly do wargames of a thing you're doing on purpose soon? Whenever any nation starts doing "training" or "joint maneuvers" near a strategic enemy, everyone understands what that means. Doing pandemic wargaming has simply called attention to their possible culpability. Why do that?

* Another possibility is that they were simply aware of a breach way ahead of everyone else through insider information. There's a lot of speculation that COVID may have been out as much as a year before March 2020. Maybe they were just insider trading- preparing for something they already knew about but couldn't prevent any longer?

There are a lot of these. None of them make you wrong- and I'm not definitively saying you are- but I think it's a little intellectually lazy to say "this all points to only one possible explanation" in the absence of anything but circumstantial evidence.
