I agree, but the argument goes backwards in time just as well: Oct 6th, 5th, 4th, ...

That was quote was printed in the July 2014 issue of The New Yorker. Yup, nearly a decade ago.

This is pure evil on repeat. Like a horrible song that keeps getting louder with each replay, drumming into our skulls a sadistic soundtrack of drones and bombs and children's screams.
