Why do they bother with these narratives. They should just say, "We're going to spend more money on the military because Boeing, Raytheon and UT need increased profits, and we don't care about infrastructure, medical care or education." They'd earn credibility and votes wouldn't lift a finger or raise a banner to stop them.
