I believe that aggression against the tyranny you mention is consistent with ancap philosophy and the nonaggression principle when we properly conceive of self-defense.

It’s absurd that we would be ethically required to allow ourselves to remain in a permanent defenseless position. We must be allowed to fight back against that type of subjugation at some point before being actually pushed into a boxcar.
