I started reading it - and I am taking notes - copying and pasting it from the article into my Notes - because there are already some thoughtful quotes on page 1, e.g., "As Kofi Annan stated in 2003, ‘[w]hile technology shapes the future, it is people who shape technology, and decide to what uses it can and should be put’. " Pretty heavy, eh?

And thanks for the quote re: 'educated mind'. The fact that Aristotle (384–322 A.D.) had that thought 2800 years ago makes it all the more a truism in my book.
