Yeah so it is really based in the size of the government. The farthest left is anarchy; everybody is self-governed, so the government is composed of everyone. Next over is communism; the government is still composed of everyone, but with completely shared resources. The farthest right is monarchy, where the government is composed of a single person. The restriction of free speech falls on this spectrum around Authoritarianism, which is approaching, but not quite a single entity government.
