Trial by media is not ideal to say the least (I actually think it is the doom of our civilization). Take it to Den Haag, Geneva, to the UN. Or if proved unworkable or sabotaged, which itself would say something, then publically negotiate, if not with all, at least with those willing, to set up an international, transparent, specific tribunal for this, open to Chinese participation and inputs at all times regarding procedures and protocols, etc., this puts a spot light on all parties.
