Watching this video, I had two thoughts. The first was deep admiration for Gazans -- that their life in a concentration camp didn't stop them from turning desert into cultivated land enabling them to self-sufficiently feed themselves despite the unyielding pressures of life under occupation by a brutal sadistic overlord. The second was cultural genocide. Of course, the destruction of universities, mosques, churches are obviously intended to ablate Gazan/Palestinian culture, but agriCULTURE -- the local techniques, sacred olive groves, folklore etc. stored in the culture to achieve what they had in this challenging environment is part of that overall cultural storehouse of knowledge, and bloody Israel wants to wipe all of it away without a trace, to leave no evidence that these subhumans ever lived on that strip of land.
