It's hard to monetize natural immunity. Plus, you would have to tell people to get off the couch every once in a while and get away from phones/computers.

Even in Europe, you get "recovered" (ie, "natural immunity") status but only for 6 months *and* it had to be obtained via infection that was verified by a positive test and and doctor.
