This debate could go forever. But really, you just don't understand the purpose of sex education in a more modern and slightly saner world. As a gay person myself, I had more than my share of people with views like yours trying to drown me with their fears and hate, making me process that bullshit with the self-hate and shame imposed upon me and countless other kids. And you don't know much about child sexual development, judging from your comments here. If I had had the benefit of learning that being gay is okay--which even though I didn't know what to call it I dam well sure as hell knew what my emerging (yes, sexual) feelings were well before puberty--it would have protected me, liberated me, from the sexualized (heterosexualized) hell people like you imposed upon me. I'm not saying that today's sex education is flawless, but it's a hell of a lot better than it used to be and what you want it to be.
