I'm not romanticizing him at all. I agree that he was a lunatic, but there are millions of religious lunatics in this country of various forms and that doesn't justify killing them without cause. And aside from WACO, the outcome of which Janet Reno took full responsibility for, she was a fanatical prosecutor of child abuse cases and did irreparable and horrific damage to innocent people, including children. She was riding the latest iteration of the age-old satanic-sex witchhunt, just as Q-Anon and woke "liberals" are today.
