Unfortunately, it seems that we all have been forced to contend with "captured" agencies who are more concerned about grant money or their livelihoods than actual public health, no matter what country we live in. I find it amazing that you have taken care of thousands of patients without getting "it". I'm curious - from your viewpoint - what do you think people are getting who actually become sick then?
