It’s that congress passed a law a few decades ago that if the shot ends up on the CDC childhood vaccine schedule, ALL versions, for all ages, are exempt from liability claims. If a Tdap or Dtap causes permanent brain damage, the manufacturers aren’t liable, even if a bad batch causes thousands of deaths and permanent disability.
