I think it is important to emphasize that diversity, equity, and inclusion policies do not influence training and evaluation of pilots or air traffic controllers. Everyone receives the same training and are evaluated in the same way regardless of gender, ethnicity, or skin color. Aviation professionals are highly trained and must undergo regular recurrent training events.
