Thanks for your points. I'll take them in order . . .
1. Israel is not a "racist apartheid state." You believe otherwise. That's fine. Two people can look at the same photograph and draw different conclusions.
2. Israelis annihilated our Indian population?
3. No, just kidding, I get it--we annihilated our Indian population and exiled the rest to reservations. It was outrageous and immoral, yet entirely keeping with how nations are actually built, as opposed to how we wish they were built. Land belongs only to those strong enough to defend it, and those who can't, lose it. That does not morally excuse Euro-Americans' centuries of invasion and conquest, but nations are not built on morality. They're built on acquisition and/or conquest.
4. I do not remotely agree that what she claimed about Israel is "the truth."
5. I don't take the position "Russia bad, America good." Neither do I think Ukraine is blameless; plenty to go around. All three terribly misplayed their hands and misjudged the other players, and this war is the result. It's about national sovereignty, geopolitics, Putin's dream of getting the Soviet band back together, America's signalling China that we will play rough to defend our markets, and which parties will control Ukraine's treasure trove natural resources. Good and bad do not much enter into this.
6. That said, Ukraine IS a sovereign nation and Russia had no business invading it. Ukraine has every right to kick Russia out if it can. The rest of the world can take whatever side it chooses. We chose Ukraine's, and I'd rather be on their side than Russia's.
7. Yes, the Russo-Ukrainian War might go nuclear. How would you prevent that? Forcing Ukraine to let Putin have everything he grabbed in order to avoid one is not an option, because it rewards bullying. What do we do instead?
