The frustration and pessimism expressed by AmCham survey respondents are understandable. While Zero Covid saved many lives, it did make doing business in China difficult. Now the economy has reopened and Premier Li Qiang recently emphasized that China will only open itself wider to the world and that foreign investors are very welcome.
