An important and overlooked event has been the Moscow meeting of Chinese security and defense heads in Moscow this past week: https://www.rt.com/russia/524638-china-envoy-security-talks/ It seems the purpose is for the Russians to brief the Chinese about upcoming Biden-Putin meeting in Geneva, and for the two sides to discuss deepening relations on the intelligence-sharing and defense industry fronts. From the Russian perspective, a major concern has been the Chinese habit of buying advanced weapons in small amounts, then reverse-engineering (copying) them. I wouldn't be surprised if the two sides agree to set up a government-owned joint venture to design and manufacture defense equipment, first for their own use, and then later, for export sales. On the intelligence-sharing front, it looks like they are starting with something like a "Two Eyes" project to counter the west's Five Eyes.
