When I read the news about the new stock exchange, I thought, why Beijing, why not Xiongan New Area? Or any other major city that is not as crowded as Beijing? I thought there is a plan that all institutions that do not need to be in the capital shall move to Xiongan? but maybe no one actually believes much in Xiongan anyways...
