I think we've had this discussion before. As long as the security services continue to follow orders, Macron (and Scholz and Biden) all can sleep soundly.

So far, nothing indicates that the cops and soldiers will not shoot when ordered to do so. Lord knows that France and the US have spent a lot of time and training making sure that those security services are reliable. Germany, I'm not so sure, but Germans, are, generally speaking, rule followers who are quite trusting of authority.
