PS: Note that some banking sector analysts disagree with my view (that XJP will be inclined to remain "heavy" on pro-stability policy. On 8 December, the Financial Times published a report by Joe Leahy that cited the view of a Citibank analyst:
"Citi analysts said in a research note that the language from the Politburo showed a shift in its policy bias towards 'progress', which includes economic growth, after many years in which Beijing stressed 'stability'."
