Yes, the industrial/extractives developments in Xinjiang in recent years are also all thirsty sectors. And we are talking about an incredibly arid region to start with. Not water scarce per capita, but certainly not an area ecologically ready to support the kind of cotton (or extractives) production we've witnessed in the past decade.
