I do not understand why. I get being avaricious and I can even understand having a lust for unbridled power. But if the USA continues much longer on its present trajectory, millions will be plunged into misery. Literally millions...and all the good work that the USA was doing, and is doing no longer, will bring untold more miseries to masses of folks across the globe. And for what? So the Murdochs can buy more estates?
