I'll disagree slightly with you, Gato. As you say, AI isn't a fully independent thinker yet. Large Language Models (LLM) are completely dependent on the quality of the material that's used to train them. What the Gov't wants is just an extension of what they've been yammering about since COVID: control over what gets defined as "truth", as "quality data". And until AI develops to the point where it's capable of independently questioning the facts it receives, that's all that Leviathan needs to control AI.
