Agree with French that it's a little late for the SC to agree with state Secretaries who disqualify Trump based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, and for that reason they might not. But the argument of conservative legal scholars Baud and Paulsen is, IMO, quite strong, and should be pursued, regardless of what the SC does with it.
