I would wager that both are true. There are people (extraterrestrial) visiting and they really don’t care about our security concerns and .... Trillions of Our tax dollars are being used to fund a space force. Meanwhile, wicked storms, forrest fires, volcanos and earthquakes have become rather commonplace. Possibly, we earthlings are squabbling over the wrong things.
