I agree I used to actually like NPR especially the arts shows and reporting. but they are absolutely intolerable now. If I watch CNN for five minutes my jaw drops open at how nakedly propagandistic they have become. CNN and these other outlets are state media. When I was in high school in the 1980s our history and social studies teacher would show us examples of Soviet state media propaganda. Its EXACTLY THE SAME AS NOW. DO they actually think that any one with half a brain believes it? Like that dumb ass stuff the VP harris and the kids talking about space on the porch. Holy shit was that creepy. Thats the kind of stuff people in the EAST block had to endure for decades. I know this woman who emigrated from Romania in the 1990s after the wall fell . She is 54 years old now. I asked her many times about what life was like in her native Romania. Imagine that ! Romania under Caucescau. A police state if ever there was one. And she said that everyone knew that the state media was bullshit. Anyway... its very sad that these people have been so corrupted away from the truth.
