Do you really think that that's the reason? I was wondering why on earth would they want to be encouraging more testing like that. Dont they realize that people are getting fed up with the whole thing? So whats the point of mailing tests to people. Of course the test companies had a lobbying hand in the getting this. But otherwise is there some grand strategy? i dont know. these people seem so stupid . So bad at what they do.
