Re the phrase “Guo zhi da zhe (国之大者), I agree with Bill that it refers, albeit indirectly, to XJP. While “zhe” can refer to a class of things, it generally refers to a person or class of persons, eg “ai guo zhe” 爱国者， ”a patriot, or patriots.”
