I’m curious how people are reading the recent news from the SEC regarding the Holding Foreign (read: Chinese) Companies Accountable Act (https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/u.s.-sec-begins-roll-out-of-law-aimed-at-delisting-chinese-firms-2021-03-24). I think there’s now a greater chance that we see a push to either delist or bring greater transparency to CN firms listed on US markets. If I were someone with insider knowledge of fraud, no matter how small (you know they exist), wouldn’t I be more inclined to take an investment position?
