I just saw today where they said Elon doesn't take over for another 6 months. Some people have been able to reopen their accounts, others, like Dr Zelenko started a new one, amassed followers, and on the 3rd day was shut down. My understanding is Elon's IT people are in there, but no outright remark from Elon on that.
