My personal hunch is that Xi will make himself Chairman and amend the constitution so that a Chairman is limited to two terms and to be eligible must have served three terms on the Politburo standing committee. Of course what I am suggesting is to put Xi's ambition and power gram into the "iron cage of law" as he likes to put it, but he may not be so consistent....
