I agree tort reform is needed. We all have stories of zebras found by practicing shotgun/ defensive medicine but the waste is ridiculous. The potential for harm from unnecessary testing/procedures is real as well. Another disturbing development is the RaDonda Vaught case. The criminalization of medical errors will be counterproductive.
