There's a great book on big pharma controlling the medical industry. The author details what it is like to go to one of those Pfizer sponsored medical conferences... They have little raffles/contests for prizes at the front and the doctors get giddy over prizes as small as pens. I think we are over estimating how much it takes to buy the vaccine enthusiast types off.
