More protein is NOT necessarily better since we don't have any potential to store it and excess gets converted to carbohydrate and stored either as carbs or fat, not to mention it's extraordinarily hard on the kidneys to excrete excess protein. Before you promote getting more, calculate how much you're getting and then go from there. You're doing harm and not knowing it without the correct knowledge. I have the knowledge and educate where I can.
