I took it voluntarily, so while I gave consent it definitely wasn't informed.

I'm not surprised so many took it without question, though. A lot of people were scared, and they were being told they'd be safe. And a lot of people were like me: I took it because at the time I believed it was safe, that "it'll prevent transmission" and I was so done with what we definitely knew by then was pandemic theater and all the useless restrictions were hurting my patients. Then there were the willfully ignorant and the people who hadn't yet learned the media was lying and the data was being censored.

For me, I got to learn it didn't work, stupid restrictions continued, and I retired 1 1/2 years before I'd originally planned.
