Only if you can ignore the bit about their manufacture exceeding the carbon footprint of an ICE vehicle until after covering 50,000+ miles (and that must be on the original battery, or the counting resumes). Not to mention the logistical problems of all those folk in an apartment block needing to charge their EVs at the same time. I may just invest in a company that manufactures extremely long charger cables.
